 Robert Hughes CET, RHI CAHPI(BC) Lic # 47114
Certified as an Engineering Technologist in 1987 through Ryerson University in Toronto, Robert was formerly a Project Coordinator for a commercial construction company specializing in large institutional construction. Previous to Home Inspection, he was a Senior Forecast Analyst in the Program Planning department of a large corporation, planning and monitoring projects including those related to the renovation and construction of company facilities. In addition, Robert has had past involvement in sales of commercial and residential construction materials on Vancouver Island.
Licensed in the Province of British Columbia, Robert is an insured, Registered Home Inspector, a member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (BC) and has performed well over a thousand inspections in B.C.

John brings to Fleetwood a wide variety of experience in construction including designing and building three houses (including plumbing and electrical), was a roofing contractor for several years, worked for building contractors performing basement and concrete work, septic and field placement, demolition as well as general contracting experience. John also has a background in forestry and was a registered Forest Technologist.
John is licensed in the Province of British Columbia and has performed hundreds of inspections on Vancouver Island. John is an insured, Registered Home Inspector with the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (BC). |
